溫度
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用空氣彈簧的使用溫度范圍為: -40C~ +60°C
壓力
1.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型空氣彈簧根據(jù)我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn):最大使用壓力為0.7 Mpa。
2.高強(qiáng)度(四層骨架層)空氣彈簧最大壓力1.25Mpa。
我們推薦在較大內(nèi)部空氣壓力和破裂壓力之間有2.5倍的安全系數(shù)，所以，舉個(gè)例子說，如果需要0.7Mpa的壓力，破裂壓力應(yīng)是1.75Mpa或更大。曲囊形空氣彈簧的破裂壓力隨高度增加而減小。因此，決定因素有兩個(gè)方面，伸長(zhǎng)最大高度，以及在這一點(diǎn)上的內(nèi)壓是多少?壓力與高度的函數(shù)關(guān)系請(qǐng)參考充氣壓力圖。
空氣彈簧儲(chǔ)運(yùn)須知
1.運(yùn)輸、裝卸過程禁止粗暴作業(yè)。
2.存放于干燥通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi),避免日光直曬。
3.安裝部位應(yīng)有足夠的安裝空間，避免和油類、酸堿類物質(zhì)及堅(jiān)銳物質(zhì)接觸。
4.避免用堅(jiān)銳工具觸碰空氣彈簀;與其配合的配套件應(yīng)光滑無(wú)棱角。
注意事項(xiàng)：
空氣彈簧氣囊總成未與懸架安裝固定之前請(qǐng)勿充氣，否則會(huì)使氣囊和底座分離造成沒有必要的損失。

Air Spring Storage and Transportation Notice
1. Rough operations are prohibited during transportation and loading and unloading.
2. Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight.
3. The installation site should have sufficient installation space to avoid contact with oil, acidic or alkaline substances, and sharp substances.
4. Avoid using sharp tools to touch air bombs; The matching parts should be smooth and free of edges and corners.
Notes:
Do not inflate the airbag before it is fixed to the suspension, otherwise it will separate the airbag from the base and cause unnecessary damage.
